Weekly Coffee #1
October 16, 2024

I decided to start a weekly newsletter, because of a friend of mine from Portland, Drew Harrilchak, who keeps one. He somehow manages to fill an email a week with interesting commentary, beautiful pictures, and interesting life experiences, and I want to try and cultivate that kind of attention to life experience for myself. I also really like the format of sending Weekly Coffee in an email. There is something about it that I feel makes good use of computers' ability to connect people, but in an oddly intimate way that avoids technology’s habit of making life experience more manufactured and dull.

If you want to connect with Drew, you can sign up for his newsletter on his website, which is also amazing.

This letter is going to be a bit longer since so much has happened in the last few weeks, so bear with me…

The Times They Are A’ Changing - Goth Babe
A great cover of a classic Bob Dylan song. The best versions of Bob Dylan are always covers…
